1. Follow through on the 3 goals you set for this new week.
2. Track your calories in the correct range (from homework last week) for at least 3 days, then print to hand in to me!

PPA workout goal: do John’s Wed workout at LS Y and make up next Saturdays class with Angie on Thursday evening. Will also do interval 200M sprints at F&M as instructed by Angie.
Nutrition goal: drink more water and eat more protein and fruits.
Behavioral goal: read more info on nutrition and dieting and exercise.
Ok – I registered for my first 5K. Goal to run/walk the entire race. I am just excited to get one under the belt. Hopefully in November I will be able to run one!
I completed my first 5K! I feel really good. I ran/jogged the entire race non-stop. I can’t believe I did it.
Great job Wendy! That is such a great feeling! I’m proud of you– you did a 5k after an intense workout early in the am!

I am down .4! I did Ange’s class today and will do another class with the gals Thursday pm and Friday am ..gone for Canadian thanksgiving and will run/walk twice. Holidays last week were awesome! M
