How heavy are your grocery bags???
When you start to eat clean, you should notice what a great workout you’re getting while you drag your bags out of the grocery store!! Instead of your lighter bags filled with cereal or bagels for breakfast, you have eggs, cottage cheese, protein powder, and greek yogurt. Your regular sandwich breads and pretzels for lunch got the boot, too! Now you have bags loaded with salad greens, cucumbers, tomotoes, chicken breast, cans of tuna, berries, apples, and almonds! And dinner? That dear little loaf of italian bread that weighed a few ounces and went so nicely with his lightweight friend, spaghetti noodles, has been upgraded to a few pounds of salmon and a large bunch of asparagus!! Aren’t you glad you started strength training!!?? The cleaner you are eating, the heavier the grocery bags.
