Pan Seared Chicken Breast

Delicious, Lean, Full of protein and monounsaturated fats!!  AND super easy and quick to make.

1 lb. Boneless, skinless chix breast.

Paprika, Cumin, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper

EVOO

Slice chix breast sliced horizontally so no more then ½ inch thick.  Lay the breasts out on a work surface and generously  season both sides with garlic salt, cumin, paprika, and black pepper.  Heat 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil in a pan over med. heat and cook chix—should only take 3-4 minutes per side and get golden brown.
