Equipment needed:

-step (or bench or chair)

-slider (kettle lid, paper plate, Frisbee, moving men disc)

-towel and pole/post OR table

 

Dynamic Warmup:

Squats, side lunges, butt kicks, toe touches,lunge and rotate, jumping jacks

 

 

Set 1:

Maximum pushups (as many reps as possible)

1 leg sit downs (8 each side)

Repeat for a total of 3 sets

 

 

Set 2:

Towel row or table pull up 12x

Step up 12x each leg, slow and controlled

Repeat for a total of 3 sets

 

Set 3:

Sliding inchworms 12x, bicycle crunches, plank 1 mimute

Lunge jumps 20-24x

Rest 60 seconds, then repeat 3x, doing different ab each time
