Fit for Life is a program designed to increase quality of life for mature adults. Improve balance, stability, flexibility and body composition along with an increase in strength.
Personal Training sessions will take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12 - 12:45pm. (A minimum of 2 sessions per week is required) Program Cost: $540 or $180/month |
