Fighting Fit with Miguel deJesus
In this program you will the basics of boxing and/or competitive amateur boxing with Miguel deJesus, Regional Golden Gloves Champion and 8th Degree Black Belt. Boxing is a fantastic way to burn calories while building on your stamina. In order to learn the proper boxing technique, you will be doing everything from jumping ropes, running, practicing your punches on a bag or hand mitts to shadow boxing, footwork to maintain balance, and sparring if you plan on competing.
