Mylee’s passion for health and fitness began at a young age when she fell in love with working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through her involvement in sports, which included playing field hockey for 6 years. Through her own experiences, she discovered the importance of balancing fitness into your everyday life, and the connection between emotional and physical well-being.
Mylee enjoys working closely with clients to show them how physical fitness enhances strength for life and quality of life. Her mission as a coach is to encourage clients to reach their goals while living a life full of the things they love most. When not in the gym, she enjoys time with friends and family, sunsets at the beach, pickleball, and a good cup of coffee.
