OCR (Obstacle Course Racing)Whether you plan to run and obstacle course race/mud run or not, this is a great workout! So come check it out. Do something new, get outside your comfort zone, and have fun with your fitness! We have people of all ages and skill levels. Workouts can be scaled for all - from beginner to pro and include strength training, cardio, and obstacles! (All ages)
Coached Open NinjaHave you ever wanted to learn how to do obstacles but need someone to show you? Do you already know the basics, but want to fine tune your skills? Wondering what strength work to do to help with Ninja and OCR training? Well, all of this is available in this 3 hour block! What you work on is up to you. Our staff will provide a workout of the day and a full course each week and we will be there to guide you through it. Show up and leave whenever you want. Stay for a little... or a lot! It's like open gym with a coach! (Ages 5+)
