Team training offers accountability from like-minded people who want you to succeed in your fitness goals. Group fitness classes encourage better focus through group exercise and team training. At emPower, it doesn’t matter what shape you’re in at the start. Our supportive staff and clients will support you on your journey through self-improvement.

It's simple: interval training is simply alternating short bursts of intense activity 30 seconds to 1 minute) with longer intervals of lighter activity (1-2minutes). It’s secret to success is not how many calories you burn during the workout, but rather on how many you burn after the exercise -- and where these calories come from.

emPoweredFIT - A 60 minute hybrid workout designed to increase your strength with basic barbell movements, followed by high intensity conditioning and finishing with mobility and/or core work.

​Whether you are a beginner or advanced Spartan, this explosive workout will challenge your body, incinerate fat, and take you to a whole new level of fitness.  Josh March, owner of emPower, has developed a full-body functional training routine that incorporates strength and core training with cardio exercise. 

Through timed circuit-training style stations, and multiple exercise modifications you will be able to continually progress your workouts by completing more reps and higher intensity exercise variations.
