Getting Started is Easy


Ready to jump into a group class and see what it's all about?! All you have to do is schedule your 14 days for $14 and select the class you want you to attend! A coach will greet you when you arrive, show you around, and explain how the class will work. That's all there is to it!
If you're unsure of what you want to do or leaning towards personal training, schedule a discovery call to go over common questions, learn how we train and what makes us different. Some common questions might be:
Do I have to be in shape to join?
What kind of results can I expect?
How often should I come?
What membership plan is right for me?
Then we can determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave with some great advice. Calls typically last about 30 minutes. Then, we will help you schedule a time to come in for your 14 days for $14 personal training session where you can experience it hands on, while our coaches assess your movement patterns and gather key metrics to help build your customized program.
Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.
