It's simple: interval training is simply alternating short bursts of intense activity 30 seconds to 1 minute) with longer intervals of lighter activity (1-2minutes). It’s secret to success is not how many calories you burn during the workout, but rather on how many you burn after the exercise -- and where these calories come from.
