Feel free to hang out while the kids participate! We have a waiting area with toys for younger kids, or hang out on the training floor and watch! We encourage you to make use of this (i.e. have an older/younger child work on schoolwork/play while one takes class).

Homeschool Program
Welcome to emPower Training Systems Homeschool physical education program! At emPower, we strive to create an environment that not only fosters athletic performance but helps to create a lifestyle of active and healthy community members!
emPower’s program will feature a variety of activities for all age groups including obstacle course racing, personal fitness, health coaching, and much more! It includes feedback from the coaches, fun day, and opportunity to earn guest passes to emPower’s youth programming!
Activity units are broken down into 4-week sessions, and each session will conclude with a day of ‘testing’ and a fun day of games to show off the children’s new skills!
The layout for the sessions will resemble the following:
I. Unit A: Obstacle course racing
a. Week 1- introduction to obstacles, stretching, warm up and cool down, age-appropriate games
b. Week 2- perfecting obstacle skills, stretching, warm up and cool down, games
c. Week 3- perfecting obstacle skills, stretching, warm up and cool down, games
d. Week 4- testing of new skills and Warrior games
II. Unit B: Personal Fitness
a. Week 1- introduction to personal fitness, stretching, warm up and cool down, games
b. Week 2- upper body exercises- age-appropriate upper body exercises for each age group, game
c. Week 3- lower body exercises- age-appropriate lower body exercises for each age group, game
d. Week 4- Exercise Olympics! Children will test their strength by using age-appropriate equipment
III. Unit C: Fitness fun!
a. Week 1- Yoga time- emPower will create and present a fun filled hour of yoga activities, poses and more!
b. Week 2- Ninja warrior day- Children will use their previously learned skills from Obstacle week and race through our Ninja warrior course
c. Week 3- COACHES CHOICE! This will be surprise fun activity
d. Week 4- emPower Olympics! Children will have the opportunity to choose a variety of activities that they prefer and show off their newly learned skill to parents and each other!
Groups, times, and pricing:
Fridays 11AM (Grades K-6)
September 29th- December 22nd
Classes will meet 1x per week committing to a semester of 3 months (billed monthly - $65 per month)
If you have a group/Co-op of 8 or more interested, we will work with you to create a special package and time.
