After years of relying on good DNA only for his fitness, Rob Hazelbaker found himself using his belly as a shelf at work. Starting his serious fitness journey that very day, it wasn’t long before he joined a legitimate gym and quickly became hooked on physical fitness with a desire to help others. Becoming certified as a personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise, Rob focuses on daily functional fitness as a goal for everyone he works with. His hobbies and interests away from the gym include spending time with his wife and their two dogs and a cat. He enjoys golf, reading, and savoring a nice craft beer! |
Mike's love of movement began as a child as he climbed trees and ran around the woods and fields around his childhood home. Later, he was involved with a fencing team, a swing dancing troop, and two forms of martial arts. In 2014 he became involved with OCR and has been active and passionate with that ever since. Mike decided to share his love of functional movement and fitness by becoming a personal trainer and acquiring his CPT through NASM. When Mike isn't at the gym or running OCR events, he enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, trying new foods, meeting new people, and adventuring! One of Mike's favorite quotes is, "Be strong to be helpful." |
