Looking to be a stronger and faster runner? We have a plan for you! There is a lot out there to take you from Couch to 5k (and if you are just getting started we recommend you start there!), but we have developed a full program that lays out your daily schedule, tests your progress, and provides a proper strength training plan to supplement your running and keep you injury free! There is even a log to track your notes and thoughts. You will have easy runs, long runs, track workouts, and hills along the way - all of which will make you a better/faster runner. (This program is designed to improve overall endurance, 1 mile and 5k pace) |
