You’ll experience a spin class that’s anything but ordinary. Our special spin class equipment replicates outdoor real riding making indoor cycling an enjoyable workout with the natural movements of the bike.

The RealRyder bikes move 22 degrees left and right to enhance mobility and remove the unnatural stresses that are experienced on a stationary bike. Move through all three planes of motion and get a full body workout!

Indoor cycling targets numerous major muscle groups, including core, upper body, legs, glutes, and back muscles. Through a supportive fitness community, our local spin class can energize you and give you the opportunity to inspire others as well. Together, we’ll build our overall physical fitness and cardiovascular endurance with an indoor cycling experience that’s fun.
