emPowered LIFT kicks off February 09th and is a stand alone 16 week program designed to get you results! If you're looking to gain muscle you will get it if you eat a lot of food. If you're looking to get lean, you will get it if you eat a moderate amount of food. If you're looking to get injured you will get it if you do not eat enough food (and have poor technique in the gym). If you're looking to get strong, you will get it because the training density will cause you to accumulate a tremendous amount of high quality work. And lastly, if you're looking to improve your cardiorespiratory endurance you will get it because your heart rate will be elevated for significant amounts of time during these workouts.
The LIFT Group will meet 3 x week for group workouts and will cap out at 24 people.
LIFT Classes:
Monday- 7p
Wednesday- 7p
Friday- 5p
Investment- $450 for 16 weeks
(that's $28 a week!)
Investment includes program, accountability, max lift test, before and after weigh in/measurements and pictures.
Nutritional Guidance available for additional cost at $40 per consult.
