Requirements:
- A commitment to each class is required.
- A commitment to 4 workouts per week, 2 of them being workouts designed for the course.
- A commitment to improve your nutrition. You will be required to keep a food log each week, and receive coaching on how to make gradual upgrades as you learn more about what your body needs to be lean and healthy.
- A commitment to Homework Assignments with a mind open to change. Assignments are designed to challenge unhealthy thinking patterns that have kept you stuck in the same sabotaging behaviors and unable to permanently lose weight.
- Fat Loss Academy workouts will take place on Mondays at 7:00pm, Thursday 5:30pm, and Saturdays at 7:30am.
- Classes will take place on Mondays from 6-7pm including discussion time, Q&A, and homework review. If unable to attend, please discuss in advance for the opportunity to makeup.
- Homework will be assigned every week and will be due on Monday of the following week. Extra credit will be available each week.
- You will have access to 3 specially-coached workout classes each week in addition to any of our regular group exercise classes.
Grading:
- Attendance to required classes/workouts
- Completion of Homework Assignments and Food Logs
- Effort (extra credit, quality time put into homework assignments, efforts to apply new information and coaching cues given)
- Mid-term report will be given at the end of Week 6
