Mondays
6:45 – 7:35 am: emPowered FIT
Wednesdays
12:15 – 12:45 pm: Sparta Express
2:45 - 3:45pm: Mix! (emPowered Basics, Sparta Express, Workout of the day style!)
Participation punch cards will be sold. Each card will allow you to attend 5 sessions (mix and match as you wish) and the cost will be $20 for GSK employees and $40 for non-GSK working on site. Cards can be purchased from Clarese Lewis (B40), Megan Dodson (B32), Jack Tirone (B40) or Barbara Grigg (B28). Cash or check (made out to GSK) only.

Class descriptions:
emPowered FIT (50 Minutes – Mondays @ 6:45 AM)
A hybrid workout designed to increase your strength with basic strength movements, followed by high-intensity conditioning and finishing with mobility and/or core work. Constantly changing workouts with consistent and structured programming! This workout is suitable for all ability levels.
Sparta Express (30 Minutes – Wednesdays @ 12:15 PM)
Sparta Express offers lots of intensity, lots of awesome variety and lots of fun (and some exercises you've probably never seen before)! 10 stations with 50 seconds of hard work and just a 10 second rest for 2 fast paced rounds. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, this explosive workout will challenge your body, incinerate fat, take you to a whole new level of fitness and leave you feeling like a Spartan. This full-body, functional training routine incorporates strength and core training along with cardio exercise. And don't worry... we have modifications to make Sparta a fit for everyone!
emPowered Basics (30 Minutes – One of the options for Wednesdays @ 2:45 PM)
Come learn the basics of different movement patterns and form as well as how to use the equipment in the GSK gym! With 15 years experience and a degree in exercise science, Coach Josh can help you feel comfortable and confident for your next workout! The first 30 minutes will feature an exercise or particular piece of equipment with the second half hour available for individual questions and assistance. Be sure to take advantage of this unique opportunity.
