Ok, so the -19 is an obvious nod to COVID-19... but this virus also screwed up the most special of holidays (at least to Coach Josh)... St. Patrick's Day!!! So we pay tribute to this day with our 3.17 mile (March 17th) course. This race is appropriate for all levels and doesn't take fancy equipment or obstacles!
How does it work? Complete the race on your own schedule! Whatever day and time between now and April 30th that works best for you. Then take a sweaty selfie photo afterwards and upload it to Facebook where you can find a frame with a virtual medal! (Search OCR19). Then send us your results from your watch/phone/device (if you have one... if not just email us and let us know it's done and you will be listed without a time). The actual course and obstacle stations (exercises) will be sent to you once you register!

1. Running shoes
2. A chair
3. A backpack/rucksack/something to fill with weight!
4. Tree branch
Optional: Plyo box, jump rope, pull-up bar
