What is Open Gym?

Open Gym is access granted to all personal training clients at emPower Training Systems. It allows you to come in for additional workouts on your own between training sessions and classes. You get full access to all of our equipment at your convenience without having to fight the crowds at the big box gyms. Come as often as you like! Pretty sweet deal huh?!

Details:
1. Please come 15 minutes after the hour to stagger your start time from training clients. This will provide adequate equipment for all.

2. We HIGHLY recommend you either pull an old workout from your folder or something from the Open Gym binder to do as your workout during this time. Do not use your current training routine that our trainers are taking you through. You may burn out on the same workout or may not be proficient in those exercises just yet. We are here to help you if you have questions on exercises from an old routine or from the binder! 

3. Like your mother told you, put your toys away when you are done playing with them. :)

4. Just because you don't have a trainer doesn't mean you simply go through the motions! You made it this far... now make it count!
