Introducing a new fitness and weight loss challenge at emPower!
Celebrate your body being stronger and leaner, not just weighing less!!!
We put a focus on rewarding effort and fitness improvements, not just weight loss. The Winner will be the one who lost the most % of their starting bodyweight AND had highest efforts to a healthy lifetstyle (accrued the most points).
During the challenge, you will earn weekly points for:
Pound for Pound Sessions (Must attend at least 2 of these per week!)
Details
$100 plus a month of personal training to the Points Winner
Special Award to person who achieved the most strength/fitness improvements

- workouts you complete (MUST COMMIT TO 3 WORKOUTS PER WEEK AT EMPOWER!),
- handing in food logs for review,
- strength gains recorded during your sessions, and
- completing occasional homework assignments.

- Monday 7 pm
- Tuesday 6 am
- Wednesday 5 pm
- Saturday 8 am

- September 10 - November 19 (10 weeks)
- Cost: $350/person
