Hey everyone it’s Zac here at @rachelscreperie with my 3 month Chisel The Cooks progress so far! With the help of the amazing team of coaches at emPower I’m on a sustainable path towards reaching my fitness goals! My takeaways from the project: ❇️ 1️⃣Eat Healthy(er): I’ve learned throughout this experience that eating healthy doesn’t mean eating bland and boring. Use the 90/10 rule! Make 90% of your meals lower in fat and sugar so 10% can be your hard earned cheat days! Cooking is badass so take pride in it! 😎🥦🌮 2️⃣Struggles: Losing body fat and building muscle takes time so patience is absolutely key! Impatience can destroy motivation to continue with your workouts more than being tired. Trust that your hard work in the gym will be rewarded and you will see results before you know it! ⏰ 3️⃣Stay Moving & Positive: I met my goal with emPower. I overhauled my lifestyle for the better, I learned the skills needed to confidently and correctly exercise on my own, I can see some results so I know it’s working. So I’m done right? Not at all! Staying active and eating healthy is my new lifestyle now and I couldn’t be happier for it! 🥰 |
